Angry
Anger can feel uncomfortable, especially if you’re used to keeping the peace. You might question whether you’re allowed to feel this way. You may worry that it makes you harsh or unkind. But anger often rises after patience has been stretched thin. You’ve tried to understand. You’ve tried to let things go. Eventually, something inside says enough. God listens to that moment too. You don’t need to soften your feelings here. You don’t need to make them sound acceptable. God hears you fully, without requiring restraint. For now, let yourself pause instead of reacting. Nothing needs to be decided in this moment. God is near, calm and attentive, even in this intensity. You are safe to slow this down.
